Alright, here’s how to do preacher curls. first adjust the seat so that your armpits rest comfortably against the pad and your shoulders are locked in place. Then stand up and grab the handles with a shoulder width grip while slightly lifting it up and getting into position. From here, extend your arms to stretch your biceps, then push your palms up and towards you and think of curling the weight in a rainbow shape motion. Slightly lifting your elbows off the pad at the top is totally fine, just don’t cave them inwards and make sure to keep your shoulders locked in place. Squeeze at the top and very slowly control the weight down by fully extending your arms.
