😱 Building industry HARMS IT'S CUSTOMERS. Flat purchasers beware of Builder's Sales Office

Builders industry intentionally attracts flat buyers into making financial misjudgements so that the builder companies can pass on their business overheads and other costs to flat-buyers, especially in under-construction projects. Builder companies are routinely loading unnecessary risks and losses on unwary flat-buyers, in order to maximize profits for themselves. Builders are profiteering by deliberately putting flat-buyers into situations where they will incur a loss due to the terms and conditions that are deliberately framed in such a way that people will be "at fault" of violating the terms and conditions.

Please don't enter into any dealings with companies that have such policies. Please stay away from the sales offices of builders, where you can be trapped into making poorly informed purchase decisions and urgency-driven and impulse driven token swipes.
