We have been talking about a settlement for a very long time but it seems that Ripple itself is not ready for it. Today we have an official confirmation from Ripple attorneys who are saying they do not want to settle with the SEC and they believe they have a strong chance of victory.
The biggest factor that is going to impact the price of XRP and pretty much the future of XRP is this lawsuit. The biggest lawsuit currently in the crypto industry. All eyes are on it as it will have a Ripple (no pun-intended) effect on the crypto world.
